Brian started with Transolution Auto Care Center when he was in high school. He has climbed the ropes and knows the ins and outs of the bays from the bottom up. He excels in technical knowledge and management of other technicians. He wins the respect of all employees and customers. As of 2020 Brian Pickens is now President of Transolution Auto Care. Hard work and dedication pays off
Kyle Shop Foreman
A native to Missoula, Kyle is the technician at Transolution and joined our team in 2018, bringing with him over 10 years in the automotive repair industry. When not fixing cars at the shop, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife.
Jared General Manager
Jared is the service manager at our auto repair shop in Missoula. Jared grew up in Hamilton Montana, and enjoys family, his dogs and internet shopping. Has been in the auto industry for the last 8 years. Our shop could not run from day to day without Jared's expertise when it comes to helping and advising our customers.
Shaun Technician
Shaun came to Transolution in 2008, he is a line tech with experience and is a ASE Master Technician.
Kody Technician
Kody can be found doing all kinds of miscellaneous jobs around the shop. He is a sophomore at Sentinel High School. Kody is beginning an apprenticeship program. He aspires to follow in his uncle Brian's footsteps.

Luke first started with Transolution in October 2021 Brian found Luke working for another vendor that Transolution did business with Brian was impressed with Luke's customer service skills and brought him to the Transolution team. Luke is learning the skills required for the industry. Luke brings joy to all those who come through the doors of Transolution Auto Care with his whimsical and friendly attitude.
